Off-Target Selectivity Assesments

Potency assay, off target (cells): In cell selectivity was confirmed via Western Blot: R1-ICR-5 was unable to depleape RIPK2, RIPK3, BRAF, TrkA and Actin. Whole proteome analysis of BMDMs treated with R1-ICR-5 (1 μM, 5 h) confirms RIPK1 as the only target significantly depleated.
