SERP Comments:

RW-78 is a potent and subtype selective SIRT2 probe that displaces the NAD+ co-factor. It showed high target engagement in HEK293T cells via NanoBRET assay. Solubility: > 50 μM (Tris-HCl, pH = 8, final DMSO concentration of 5% (v/v)), no stability and assay interference data were reported.
